Understanding the Results
- Max Profit — the most you can make on this trade if everything goes in your favor.
- Max Loss — the most you can lose. For long options, this is the premium you paid. For short options, the risk can be much higher.
- Breakeven — the stock price at expiration where you neither make nor lose money.
